Christopher Daniel emigrated to America with his wife Catharina (Krapp) Daniel on the Matador and settled in Sandusky, Ohio. He and Catharina each received permission to leave Hesse in December of 1837. Christopher was the half brother of Peter Daniel.
Birth dates for Christopher and Catharina were obtained from church records and are provided below along with their age as listed on the ship manifest [shown in square brackets] along with an estimated year of birth.
